By using Revexity, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

Revexity is a sales & marketing operating system that provides:

  • CRM and pipeline management

  • Automation (SMS, email, workflows)

  • Funnel and campaign tools

  • Reporting and analytics

  • Human support for optimization

2. Not an Agency

Revexity:

  • Does NOT run your business

  • Does NOT guarantee results

  • Does NOT replace decision-making

We provide tools + support โ€” execution responsibility is yours.

3. Account Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain account security

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use Revexity for:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging

  • Illegal activities

  • Fraud, scams, or misleading campaigns

  • Violating communication laws

Violation = immediate suspension or termination.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Monthly or annual billing applies

  • Setup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension

6. Platform Availability

We aim for high uptime, but:

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service

  • Maintenance or downtime may occur

  • We are not liable for losses due to downtime

7. Limitation of Liability

Revexity is NOT responsible for:

  • Lost revenue or business opportunities

  • Misconfigured automations

  • User errors

  • Third-party service failures (SMS/email providers, etc.)

Use the platform at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payment is not made

  • Platform is misused

You may cancel anytime.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Platform, software, and systems belong to Revexity

  • You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer

10. Modifications

We may update features, pricing, or terms at any time.

Continued use = acceptance.

11. Governing Law

Applicable laws depend on your operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise stated.
